The Nursing Foundation of Pennsylvania (NFP), a supporting organization of the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA), invites you to the 2018 Black & Gold Gala on Saturday, November 3, 2018. This event, which will be held at Harrisburg Hilton, celebrates 35 years of NFP’s scholarship support of nursing students and registered nurses who are furthering their education.

We are excited to host our keynote speaker, Lee Woodruff. Lee is a celebrated speaker and best-selling author of In an Instant: A Family’s Journey of Love and Healing. Whether she’s sharing wisdom about her family’s healthcare journey and recovery, or speaking candidly about life and family, she draws on her experiences to connect with audiences. In addition, NFP will be honoring extraordinary Pennsylvania nurses who have contributed their lives to the profession.

As mentioned, NFP awards annual scholarships to advance the education of both students and nurses returning to school. NFP scholarships enable recipients to focus on their learning so that they gain the most value from their rigorous education. Recipients have gone on to do meaningful work, valuable research, and high-quality patient care.
