Mark and Ann Baiada Nursing Scholarship Fund

The Mark and Ann Baiada Nursing Scholarship Fund provides scholarships in support of students demonstrating need in pursuing a nursing degree. Funds are for full-time students enrolled in the Thomas Edison State University Accelerated BSN BAYADA Scholars Track at Cooper University Health Care. In support of educating more great nurses, the fund provides four scholarships:

• Ann Claffey Baiada Nursing Scholarship ($5,000)
• Edith Hoffman Claffey Nursing Scholarship ($5,000)
• Beringer Family Nursing Scholarship ($5,000)
• BAYADA Home Health Care Nursing Scholarship ($5,000)

Applicant Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be admitted into the Thomas Edison State University Accelerated BSN BAYADA Scholars Track at Cooper University Health Care to be considered for this scholarship. Applicants may submit this scholarship application prior to receiving their admissions decision from TESU.
• Applicant should have earned a previous Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
• Applicants are required to attest to their financial need by providing information about all federal and state grant(s) and loan(s), as documented on the applicant’s FAFSA, as well as any formal documentation which demonstrates the need (for example, a letter from financial aid officer regarding work-study).
