Geraldine (“Geri”) Rose Lichtinger died peacefully in the company of her adoring family on August 30, 2025, in New Market, MD. Geri was a beloved mother, wife, aunt, and friend who worked many years as an RN. She joined the US Cadet Nurse Corps in September of 1944 and completed her Registered Nurse education and certification from Hamot Hospital School of Nursing.
