NFP is proud to honor Tracy Span, RN of Fredericktown, Pennsylvania. Ms. Span works as a traveling dialysis nurse and has been an RN for more than 30 years.
Ms. Span’s daughter, Kyra Span, generously shared information about her mother with NFP:
“For as long as I can remember, my mother has been the strongest, hardest-working woman I’ve ever known. She baffles me every day with the work she’s done for herself. She truly built her life from the bottom up, and for that, she deserves honor and recognition. My mother is the reason I have started my own nursing journey. She is patient, funny, and empathetic, and she has taught me to be all of those things to my peers and future patients, just as she is to me. I’m so thankful to be able to call her my mother.”
